Spectra - 2in1 Multi Primer (Interior/Exterior)
Spectra is a 2in1 multi primer which is a water based acrylic wall coating for both interior and exterior surfaces. Presence of light, fast chemical resistant pigments / fillers, tough and flexible emulsion resin binder, special preservatives and other special additives make Spectra an excellent durable coating.
FINISH/MATT : Highly Durable
USES :
Spectra has been manufactured for above grade masony surfaces where a high performance primer is needed. It is efflorescence and alkali resistant and will increase and reinforce the performance of the paints. It can be used on properly prepared concrete, concrete block, brick and stucco. It can be used for priming new or previously painted walls, ceiling & wooden surfaces.APPLICATION :
Apply a coat of Spectra 2in1 Multi Primer (Interior/Exterior). For best results, fill up dents with suitable Nebulon Exmpire Wall Putty applied in thin layers. Wherever application of spot putty or full putty is resorted to, a coat of Spectra is recommended as an undercoat on top of the putty for eliminating the patchy appearance in final coats. Nebulon Distemper is supplied as a thick paste, and water is to be added slowly to the paste while stirring to obtain brushing consistency.
Normally 500-600 ml of water is required for 1 kg of distemper. However, the amount of water needed will depend upon the porosity and texture of the substrate. Apply 2-3 coats by brushing, keeping an inter-coat interval of about 4 hours between successive coats. Shades of your own choice can also be made by tinting it with Universal Stainer. The tinting process must be carried out before thinning.
